We believe in the Holy Trinity: God the Father our Creator and Sustainer (2 Thessalonians 1:1-2). We believe in Jesus Christ, His Son who gave Himself a sacrifice for sin that we might believe and be saved and who rules us through His Word (1 Timothy 3:16). We believe in the Holy Spirit, the Third Person of the Holy Trinity, who sanctifies the redeemed and seals them until the day of resurrection (1 Thessalonians 1:6).
We believe the 66 Books of the Bible to be in the inspired, infallible Word of God and our guide for faith and life (2 Timothy 3:16-17). We believe in the Church as the new creation in Christ. Christ rules His Church through the Word and sanctifies believers through obedience to it and the church community (1 Timothy 3:15). We believe the gospel is the power of God for salvation to all that repent of their sins and believe in Jesus Christ (the gospel: 1 Corinthians 15:3-11). We believe that our humble service to God through the Davidson Prison Ministry to be an expression of our gratitude to Him. We endeavor to do conduct ourselves and this ministry in such a manner that brings glory to Christ and honors the holy gospel.
